In three weeks time my life changing journey begins and it starts here, at Le Cordon Bleu, Bloomsbury Square, London.
This summer has been filled with cakes a plenty. I've been honoured to have been asked to make several friends wedding cakes and I've learnt so much more about baking and cake decorating by doing this. I've had a blast but now it's time to turn it up a notch. It's time to learn the art of patisserie and this is where I'm going to document my journey. My path to patissiere.
