Le Cordon Bleu intermediate patisserie week 8 - plated, stressed sweet stuff (dessert)

How time flies when you're baking up a storm. Now in my eighth week at Le Cordon Bleu, its hard to believe just how much has been covered. I'm going to have to apologise in advance as this weeks blog post is going to be short and sweet, like most of my desserts, as I'm in the swing of exam revision. Next Sunday I promise blogging will resume as normal.
